I have no interest in owning a development company or making changes to a game just to suit my personal biases. However, I'd definitely buy an ESO+ subscription for my second account. I'd probably talk to them about sponsoring something like an annual award for the best customer support employee as that team is probably pretty demoralised these days and everyone would benefit from them being incentivised (the auto-reply bot wouldn't be eligible).
