I like ESO how it is now. Perharps improve server performance and try to fix their engine tho.
I'd probably try to implement a lot of features from asian mmorpgs also xD. Mainly Archeage's features. Dude I really love a lot of those features, its a shame that it didn't went very well.

Would you make it into more of a single player game like a traditional Elder Scrolls Game or would you still make it into an MMORPG? Would you have the factions and 4 classes or would you make it open and start where you want?
Would you make each dungeon in your game solo able?
Was this game what you expected and if you had the opportunity to buy it from them what would you change?
i'd get rid of this min max epeen BS by reintroducing soft caps (higher cap ofc), increase health regen gains slightly, increase block costs vs players, half the total stat gain from all cp stars (25% damage would become 12.5% for example) lessening the impact of CP, weaken the strength of thos whole AoE cap crap, increase the scaling of Det spells but lower the base amount so it needs to hit REALLY big amounts to 1 man wipe.
and thats just the start. played, beta'd and even written several reviews regarding balance in the past for many MMO's, single players etc, i know my stuff
Band Camp statements: To state "But this one time I saw X doing X... so that justifies X" Refers to the Band camp statement.

Would you make a spin off?

I am as well.....I am not a hater here.........just there is a distinct difference skyrim and the eso model.

Duh. Skyrim is single-player and ESO is multi-player.
