Why is ESOs support so bad??
Honestly im just wondering. They say the try to get back within 1 business day. Yeah ok....... i have 2 tickets in now asking them to cancel something on my credit card. It has litterally been 5 days. And before this i had an issue where it took them 8 days to even get back to me!! 8 DAYS! Im just trying to say that since people are sending tickets in that have to do with peoples money and credit card i think the service should be ALOT better. And not just sending some bs auto generated email that i have to respond too just to make sure my ticket goes threw. idk which support is better ESO or Steam. You decide
