We need them as "Hat" options. Think of all of the beggers, cripples, blind masters, and soothsayers out there just WAITING to be role-played.

I support this suggestion.Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.
