[Request] Sorcerer Pet Health Tracker

Is it possible to create an add-on that will track and display sorcerer pet health?
Health bar(s) with options to:
1) Resize and change position to fit into the GUI as desired
2) Lock and unlock
3) Appear only when a pet is summoned, 1 for each pet (including the Atronach)
4) Show current/total health and/or percentage
5) Play a warning sound and/or show a custom screen message if pet health falls below a user-set threshold
I hope this is possible, and if so a huge thank you to anyone who takes it on. I wish I were a programmer and could do it myself.
