Grand Overlord rank should have a passive

I'm going to 'critique' ZOS for having a big grand rank, with no incentive for making it to that rank. Do you agree that all the players that played all this time to get that rank should get an additional Pvp alliance war passive? Personally, this should've been the case since the launch of the game. Yay or nay?

✭✭✭✭✭A long time ago I thought a special rank icon of just the alliance symbol (dragon, eagle or lion) instead of the five stars they have now woulda looked cooler, remember making a thread about that actually.
But regarding this, why? You stop getting passives and skills at AR13 (formerly 24), and get nothing else except titles and dyes all the way up to 50 as it is.

✭✭No. Acquiring GO takes a long time and commitment to one character. It's a mark of pride and accomplishment that few have obtained. Also, killing a GO grants the Grand Overlord Slayer achievement, or whatever the exact name is. That's pretty cool, and makes them sought after targets in Cyrodiil. I'd say that's pretty clever considering they're supposed to be high ranking officers and leaders in the Alliance War who should be a high priority.8 -

Considering so many people are making alt accounts and/or are having to start new accounts due to their game behavior...those of us who had the dedication and commitment to our original toons (or to at least one toon) should be recognized for reaching that rank. I feel a lot don't even care about pvp ranks anymore and maybe this would encourage them to? I just reached Tribune and was super excited about it. Making those ranks is hard work and I can't wait to make GO! It surely is more difficult to do that than make emp anymore.0 -

✭Not a bad idea, as long as they keep the gaining of PvP ranks as it is and DON'T make it faster!
The passive could be something useful but not "needed" so its fine that only a few players have it.
The PvP ranks already rewards us enough with a title, achievements, a rare dye and most importantly, a famous or infamous reputation!
Ask any Pact on PC-EU to name a Cyrodiil Grand Overlord, and you get a DC (Blue) player name as answer.
An added passive for rank 50 would add flare and add something new to always aim for.
