Ok, So I am pretty sure that I am not the only one this bothers but maybe I am 
. Anyways I find it very annoying to put down a siege only to have it quickly stolen by someone when I have to hop off of it for a sec to heal, etc.. and this really gets my blood boiling if I place it down in a good spot with lots of tasty targets in range!!
Zos, can you please add in a lock feature to siege weapons? When we put down a siege we should have the option to press x to lock the siege so that the person who bought the siege is the only one who can use it!!

✭I never was bothered by this because the decay rate is pretty fast if unmanned, as long as the person is using it properly, it contributes to the cause that's more important to me.13 -

This. I frequently lay down extra seige for randoms. Actually, lately I've been throwing down dummy seige to draw fire. I'd love for a random to pick one of those up!

The decay rate is not that bad if you are just hopping off to throw down some quick heals or fighting off an attacker. The main point I have is that it is my AP/Gold spent to use that siege and if wanted someone else to use it I would put down multiple siege... plus some areas you can only get one siege into so now not only did I lose my siege but I can no longer put a new one down!!

This... is more of what I am talking about. I don't mind the people who use it for one or two shots but the people who flat out refuse to give you your siege back is beyond frustrating!

That is very different from keeping siege active when owner is down or occupied, or a group member takes a shot or two. The stealing involves randoms, who apparently are too lazy or cheap to get their own, and too rude to get off when asked.

Now if I had a cold fire out and somebody jumped on it and wouldn't get off, that would be annoying. I have seen it happen many times to, and not by rookies either...0 -

Talyena✭✭✭✭Only bothers me if it is a coldfire. It would be nice if you could boot people off or pick up your siege without being on it, but if you could lock others off there is nothing stopping someone from dropping a bunch of siege to prevent others from doing so.3

You seriously sound extremely snobby throughout this entire thread. It's 1k ap, not 10k or 100k. Please get off your high horse and stop acting like it is life or death. My mother taught me how to share 28 years ago so I have no problem letting others use my siege.

✭My only problem is when u use cold fire ballista/ trebuchet and I hop off it to repair it then someone take over but doesn't get off of it. Them ballistas are worth over 5k each and also they're rarely sold at guild stores.
