I am trying to cancel my membership and could not find a cancel button, so I do a search and get



PC/Mac accounts



To cancel your ESO Plus membership on a PC/Mac account, you should log into your The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited account here, and access the My Account page.

You can remove your ESO Plus membership by clicking on the Manage Membership button on the right, and selecting Cancel Membership.

So I go to account summery click Manage Membership.

1.Select Membership 2.Billing Address

Active - ESO Plus™ Recurring
That's all no cancel button, no info under billing address. ZOS what did you change and how do I now cancel membership?

    Now I'm really concerned(if Chet is involved) and am thinking about talking to my credit union to prevent charges to my account since it looks like ZOS high standard of customer service and support(yes sarcasm here) is at work here.

    The Cancel ESO + button can be obtained from buying it in the Crown Store.....

    Wtf. I just looked in to this myself. Before under the manage membership options there were different subscription plans, one of them being to cancel ESO+, now there's nothing. It's just blank...

    Yeah, I'd contact your financial institution and let them know what's up. They can note your account and reverse charges if it still goes through then.

    Once you buy an Elder Scrolls Online Membership you are bound for life

    I play on PS4.

    My membership is cancelled as soon as there isn't $14.99 or more in my PSN wallet for them to take in exchange for the Sub. If I want to cancel, I don't add money to my wallet. Nothing they can do :)

    Hmm... if your using a bank debit card I guess you can go to the bank and request a new card or tell them to block transactions from eso. Either will work.

    I can foresee some angry people if their 3 or 6 month sub renews because the owner hasn't been able to cancel it

    In other games u can ask for a refund if a long duration sub just started and u want to cancel it. Its usually within a couple of days after it triggers.

    I had a recurring sub in another game and after it triggered, i contacted their cs and they cancelled it plus gave me a refund. That was a one month sub and i called them within 2 days.

    Other game support departments don't close tickets because they are too busy to answer them... :)

    Not saying they wouldn't refund, just wouldn't bet the mortgage on their ability to deal with the issue - if it occurred
