    PC/Mac accounts

To cancel your ESO Plus membership on a PC/Mac account, you should log into your The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited account here, and access the My Account page.

You can remove your ESO Plus membership by clicking on the Manage Membership button on the right, and selecting Cancel Membership.

So I go to account summery click Manage Membership.

    Manage Membership

    there I see.

That's all no cancel button, no info under billing address. ZOS what did you change and how do I now cancel membership?

I had the same exact issue. I was trying to cancel my subscription as I'm moving on to be honest. Guess what? No cancel button when I try to manage my membership. I send in a ticket and guess what ZOS sends back to me?

Essentially something along the lines of: "We are aware of an issue regarding the ability to cancel memberships. This is a bug and a fix will be implemented". A bug with cancelling memberships? Yeah right. And I guess the NSA never existed and the government doesn't have the tools or the resources to monitor us.

You should be scared to leave. If you do, then watch your back. There are a lot of dark brotherhood out there. Blades of woe.. wooohahahaha. Joking aside.. I'm sure it's just a temporary glitch or a little bit of an oversight that could be fixed. No businesses with reoccurring memberships want to lose it members and customers, but it would be worst for the business if they tried any scrupulous act as constraining or preventing options for those who wish to end their membership, which I'm certain is not the case with Zenimax. Give it some time for ZOS to look into it and fixed whatever issue it could be, if even there is such an issue, or maybe it could be a misunderstanding of where the actual place to cancel could be. In the meantime, just follow-up on your support ticket here and there.

Lol, never noticed that I actually can't cancel my subscription. I AM NOT SATISFIED

Seriously speaking, give ZOS the time to fix this bug, I'm sure it's nothing really bad here.

It was definitely possible to cancel a subscription 4 days ago.

I bought a 30 day subscription 4 days ago and cancelled it the same day (so I keep the 30 days I bought but there will be no reoccurring payments) and it was really simple.

If I remember correctly I just clicked 'Manage Membership' on the account summary page and then clicked another button to cancel it. I got a confirmation page with some text about 'sorry to see you go, don't forget here's how to resub' and that was it.

there is no need to even edit the code.
you just need to highlight the
    <form accept-charset="UTF-8" action="/account/billing/cancel-subscription" id="cancel-subscription" method="post">

    part and uncheck the
    "display: none" in the stylesheet.

    press f12 in chrome
press strg+f in the code-part to open the searchbar
    search for "cancel"
click on that code snippet mentioned above, there is only one
select the "styles" tab (its either right next to the code window or below it, based on your resolution)
right on top of it is a checkbox with "display: none"
    uncheck it
    done.
no need to change a single line of code

Yeah, it's a personal conspiracy against you. They know you, personally, can't escape Kronuxx.

To be fair, this is way less shady then when TOR pulled their unsubscribe button from their forms. That happened right before the first wave of renewals was about to start after launch.

This? The button goes missing randomly, (and it was there as recently as last week)... yeah, that sounds more like a normal derp up.
