Anyone else having problem with account it saying You have not yet purchased any games.

Is anyone else having problems with their accounts information?
I purchased the game 2 weeks before last update.

I can login and play the game.
But when I want to download the launcher for a clean install, my account says "You have not yet purchased any games".

So far ticket responses have not been helpful or relevant .

I am also worried the same will happen with any future purchases for the game DLCs or crowns.

Does anyone have any ideas?
