If they talk about all the issues and bugs, it's gonna be a long show....

I would like to hear a bit more about One Tamriel and how this will actually work with questing and what happens to resources - will we still find them in certain zones or are those in all zones available with OT. Another thing is, it is not very helpful for a new or low level player to see all enemies as level 50 CP 160 - how can I find out, which is a harder enemy and which is not?

You can pretty much expect something like "working on it" and "incremental patches will improve the situation" - I doubt that they will be any more specific than that - it is somewhat understandable, because those running the show are not involved in these things and all they can say is "we are working on it". And if they would invite a tech guy as guest who would really go into detail, most would either not understand it or get bored, because they don't. So there is not much to talk about in a show, which is addressing the common public - and you cannot assume that those are all IT professionals.

There gonna tell us those gg audio/artwork everyone loves to hear.

Eso live is a waste of time, they ignore all the real problems people ask. Or just say no ETA.

Nope. The community managers always ask the important questions. Eso live reveals some useful info.

So far we know battlegrounds and duels are their main focus besides the next updates. So hopefully they get it right.

Battlegrounds and arena's won't be discussion until 2017 was the exact wording.

Yes, I remember it as well more like "we will talk more about this next year" or so. And it is pretty clear, why - currently they work on 3 new things, which take their time - 1. One Tamriel - 2. a big Q4 zone (hopefully Vvardenfell) - 3. housing in O1 2017 - all of those are quite a lot of work, if they want to do it right. ZOS said nothing yet about what will be in Q4, but my guess is that it will be a big zone and I think that Vvardenfell is the most likely candidate for such a big zone, because it will sell like hot breakfast rolls or lead to even more subscribers.

Last time i checked ESO LIVE it was a bad joke. From the start they couldnt configure camera, left audio on, laughing at players asking questions on chat, didnt address the heaps of issues with the game and talked about artwork/crown store aesthetic junk trying to sell. Mentioned cheating for 30seconds saying they on it, which is laughable since in game features have been broken for months. Didnt address why they ban people and let them back in again for using Cheat Engine etc.

Rather have a solid foundation to build on, that an unstable base they have now. CE hasnt went anywhere in the last 2 years, bugs, disconnects, group finder continually broken.

Even when players take time out to report/document issues, they are insulted with auto responses and/or vague assurances.

I bought IC. Playing IC, gap close a mob and sucked into a drain with water. Couldnt die, couldnt tp out to another player or anything. Used the 'stuck' feature in game and lost 50% of my telvar. Contacted support and got the usual auto response. I replied again and was told:

    Greetings Adventurer!

Thank you for contacting The Elder Scrolls Online Team. I understand you've been experiencing a unique technical issue with The Elder Scrolls Online. I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble, and I will do my best to get you into the game as soon as possible!

Please note that for issues outside of login, downloading, installing, launching, and crashing, I only have a limited amount of troubleshooting steps that I can provide. Rest assured that your issue has been forwarded to the development team.

    1. Ensure your PC meets minimum requirements.
    a. Windows 7 32-bit
    b. Intel® i3 or AMD 3870 generation processors or higher
    c. 3GB RAM
    d. 85GB free HDD space
    __________________________________________________________________________________
So i replied to them because i dont see going through my PC minimum requirements is in anyway linkable to falling down a bugged sewer drain. I get this response 5 days later:

    Greetings,
Thank you for getting back to us, however we have no further troubleshooting to offer for your issue. Below are some of the most common solutions for most in game issues.
For issues such as missing NPCs or quests not advancing correctly can be resolved by logging out for five minutes then logging back in. This will load you into a new game instance and refresh your surroundings. Please make sure you’ve attempted that first!

    _______________________________________________________________________________________

I am at a total loss with this company and the blatant lack of support. Just seems in digital age more and more treat paying clients like dirt. Least they could of done was just straight up lie to me and say thanks for documenting the report, we will look into and fix this. Instead all i get is pure incompetence, no excuse for this treatment.

We'll be publishing the show plan on the website this afternoon, but here are the segments we'll be having:
    • Official ESO news and updates
    • The Anatomy of a Bug Fix with QA Supervisor Dan Goldberg & Lead QA Analyst Kyle Harris
    • Ask Us Anything
    • Development versus Reality with Dungeon Lead Mike Finnigan & Senior QA Tester Jay Hartman
The dev segments are actually ideas from some of our players that were pulled from this thread; hope you all enjoy it!
