Please Help - I Can't Load Any Characters or Contact Customer Support

I currently cannot load into any of my characters on ESO. When I select a character the game crashes straight to the Xbox dashboard. This crashing issue started after I got crashed to the Xbox dashboard while doing the Spindleclutch dungeon, and has persisted ever since.

I don't know how to request customer support through the game because none of my characters will load to allow me to get to the screen to contact them. Please help.

    File an online support ticket HERE. You will need to login with you forum credentials and not the game credentials.

    This support was great for me last week. I has a character get kicked to dashboard, less than 24hrs they had him moved .....
