Please Help - I Can't Load Any Characters or Contact Customer Support

I currently cannot load into any of my characters on ESO. When I select a character the game crashes straight to the Xbox dashboard. This crashing issue started after I got crashed to the Xbox dashboard while doing the Spindleclutch dungeon, and has persisted ever since.
I don't know how to request customer support through the game because none of my characters will load to allow me to get to the screen to contact them. Please help.
