Some might find this a meaningless post but the TRUSTe icon is preventing this website from getting a green icon in my browser. The image is send via http and not https.

The Zenimax hosted portion of the website is secure. This refers to the fact that some items on the site are not hosted by Zenimax and thus not encrypted. (Like those pretty pictures linked from imgur and whatnot.)
Click on the 'More Information' button there and it will explain it.

PS: I checked out of interest and there are 7 images on the main forum page being served over http.0
