Hi,

Some might find this a meaningless post but the TRUSTe icon is preventing this website from getting a green icon in my browser. The image is send via http and not https.

    This is only partially correct.

    The Zenimax hosted portion of the website is secure. This refers to the fact that some items on the site are not hosted by Zenimax and thus not encrypted. (Like those pretty pictures linked from imgur and whatnot.)

    Click on the 'More Information' button there and it will explain it.

    This isn't exactly dangerous.

    There's just one image in particular which seems to be the violent offender in this heinous crime:

    I know about it for user content. But the frontpage of the forum should be fully secure ;)

    Well, just like it says in that message - "is not secure because it contains images" - that is stuff, where we post links and those are not always https - this is all what this is about IMO.

    Yeah, this really doesn't matter. On a forum like this people are always going to be linking to http served images.

    PS: I checked out of interest and there are 7 images on the main forum page being served over http.
