i purchased 5.500 crowns on august 6th. i payed, got my receipt per mail and then.... nothing!
i wrote a ticket to the support team (160806-002568) and guess what.... nothing.
so now u have my money and i got nothing in return. how long will it take to get this problem solved? i am not used to this. every month i pay for eso+ and it is cedited to my assount immediatly.
so i would like a reaction on my ticket - at least an auto-reply - or something in here.
