missing crowns for 3 days now!

hi there, @ZOS_GinaBruno, @ZOS_JessicaFolsom, @ZOS_GaryA or whoever may be reading this.

i purchased 5.500 crowns on august 6th. i payed, got my receipt per mail and then.... nothing!
i wrote a ticket to the support team (160806-002568) and guess what.... nothing.
so now u have my money and i got nothing in return. how long will it take to get this problem solved? i am not used to this. every month i pay for eso+ and it is cedited to my assount immediatly.
so i would like a reaction on my ticket - at least an auto-reply - or something in here.

    Unfortunately, I am having the same exact issue. I guess its good that others are experiencing the same problem. I bought two packs of 5500 crowns on August 6th. My crowns did not show up after the purchase. So, I submitted a support ticket on Aug 6th. Support Ticket #160806-003447. After a number of days with no response, I came to the forums and found that others were experiencing slow support for tickets submitted on Aug 6th. Someone suggested submitting a brand new support ticket. So, I just submitted a new support ticket #160810-001018. I am hoping this issue gets resolved soon.

    I also have this issue and posted about it here in the Support Forum about an hour ago but my post was deleted? What is going on? I still do not have the Crowns I purchased on the 6th nor has my ticket been updated. In my ticket I have attached documents showing that the funds were removed from my bank account but I have not been credited.

    If there is some step I am missing to resolve this please let me know.

    It seems something got flubbed on the 6th. I used PayPal, did others having this problem?

    @ZOS_DaryaK do I need to submit a new ticket? The OP in this thread also had the problem with Crowns not showing up and said that it was resolved quickly with a new ticket .
