People who never revive in pvp are annoying.

Cannot confirm this, in ESO most people revive.
There are exceptions to the rule and situational.

I think that you take this very personally without reasons.

Indeed, it is the same in battle-leveled DLC zones.

I revive all levels, all players, in my group or not. The only players I don't revive are the noobs in PVE who die in the starter areas and don't know they can rez at a wayshrine around the corner. Cuz how else are they gonna learn? SMH

I use Team Formation in PVP so i can easily find and rez dead group members. I also revive everyone else. I whisper people thanks while they rez me. The other night i used up 55 soul gems. I expect to be revived, so I revive. If i cant revive, i /tell people im out of gems. There is some plugin that enables you to whisper people you look at with a keystroke.

If you revive in PVP and are a mag class: Pop a shield before reviving and switch to your bar with radiant magelight.

If you revive under siege, wait for the ballista to shoot, then immediately revive afterwards.

Gems are 30g each and reviving grants some 50 AP or sth so its not a bad deal, even if some 531CP SuperPVE PuGs just get coldharboured on the spot AGAIN.

ps:
Sometimes i send hatetells to people i constantly revive and tell them to L2Siege. Sometimes its even helpful... for them!
