I cannot connect my account because a security code is sent to my dead email address. I cannot change this email address because I need to connect my account for that.
I remember my password, the answer to my security question and can provide proof of purchase.
I have submitted a ticket for that but I haven't got any reply yet. My reference number is 160804-000567.
I hope someone can help me because I am in a catch 22 situation right now.
