Those people deserve to be permabanned without exception, no one like that deserves to be a part of civilized society at all frankly. Game or not, that kind of disregard for the feelings of others is disgusting, and anyone who perpetrates such an act deserves to be regarded as a pariah by those of us who are actually decent people. That's my opinion of trolls in general, anyone that thinks it's okay to treat other people like that in any situation is utterly despicable.

It doesn't matter that games are just for fun, if anything that makes it worse. Games are supposed to be a safe place that we can just relax and enjoy ourselves, and trolls spoil that fun and deprive us of essential enjoyment without which life wouldn't be worth living. We all have things we do that make life a more pleasant experience, and anyone who attacks those activities so blatantly for their own selfish gain is a parasite and a pox on the face of humanity. Obviously games are only one source of enjoyment and god help anyone who lacks anything else in their life that's good, but every good thing we have is precious and cannot be stomped on without causing us pain.

Trolls, as a rule, can all go *** themselves and go to hell, and good riddance. Life sucks a lot of the time, and the things we have to escape that unpleasantness are essential for us to stay sane and happy. Anyone who can't respect the right for other people to have fun, and instead take pleasure in spoiling that fun, are like a cancer sickening anything they touch.

I cannot stress enough how profoundly cruel that is, attacking the source of people's enjoyment is essentially sucking the happiness straight out of people's lives, and the only word to appropriately describe that is evil. I make a point of not letting them get to me as much as possible (because letting them get me worked up and pissed off means they win), but I'd be lying if I said they have no effect on me, and the world would be a profoundly better place without such filth in it.

Not at all, most people are decent, it's just that the bad ones stand out more and make themselves noticed. And even when you have a heated competition with someone that doesn't mean they're trolling you, trolling is going out of your way to spoil the fun of others and taking pleasure in doing so, and it's a rare person that takes it all the way.

And I'm talking about real trolls, not lighthearted trolling where you're just fooling around. People often fool around and even get carried away and take it farther than they should, but they don't mean anything by it and generally apologize if they actually hurt someone's feelings or whatever. Fooling around isn't an excuse to be inconsiderate of others, but it's not the same as the real trolls who enjoy causing others pain and are entirely unapologetic.

And I'm not saying trolls can't be redeemed either, but as long as they're a troll they should remain a pariah.

ha that's your fault for leaving a bowl full of money available to strangers with a sign saying "take what you need".

Did you honestly believe that someone wouldn't be greedy and take it all? Consider this a life lesson.

I agree that it was foolish, leaving it open to everyone without knowing all the people well is just asking to be taken advantage of. It's still the troll's fault for being a troll, but common sense is common sense, and leaving yourself exposed like that is just senseless. Even if mosy people are good, it only takes one who isn't to spoil it for everyone else.

When I was learning to drive my Grandmother gave me this bit of advice; "Always imagine the absolute stupidest thing another person could do...because that's probably what they are going to do."

Seems like those in guild management in this game could take a lesson from my Grandmother.

Sorry OP but stupid people exist, some for no other reason than to try and make your life miserable. Learn, adapt, move on and better luck in the future.

Thanks also positive comments comments good or bad still positive as education is a need for all. Moving forward we have implemented a leveling in guild system. So let's see. There are some good suggestions if cs wish to use as in guild rights as stated above as the whole reason of being in a guild is for community presence and self value

Again I would like to say thanks to all. Keep gaming

I can't help but to laugh at this post even though I know you're serious. Are you saying theft as in something you could press charges against this guy for? Lol dude it's a game and you left the bank open there's nothing you can do about it.

Yes, it is just a game, but game or not, that still blows. Any vice, i.e. theft/stealing, cheating/exploits, unsportsmanlike conducts, elitism attitudes, and such, are still vices and frowned upon, in game or not, and it doesn't benefit the guild and its members. Also in-game and real-life, there will always be shady people and trust and respect have to be earned, particularly when it comes to a matter of finance. I see this OP and guildmaster is overall too trusting of his members with the guild bank, and unfortunately it came back and bit him. It's good to have trust, but again, it still has to be earned.

However, you may be right, and I am curious to see what of or if any punishment will come upon the accused. It could be something.. you never know. Lol!
