Trial Gear

Hi all. I have a couple questions about the gear sets that drop from trials.

First, can all mobs in the dungeon drop the sets? I know that the bosses seem guaranteed to drop a set piece, but can regular mobs drop them too sometimes?

Next, how often can you get these sets? Is it just the first time you complete the trial that week? Or do you have a chance every time you run it?

The drops sets are every time you run it. There is a weekly reward from doing a quest you get from the start of trial. As for the drop rate, not sure if it's changed since I last did a trial but it was a chance to get a drop off bosses and a very slim chance to get from trash mobs

Good luck with that if you plan on farming it on normal mode.

You get a coffer once per week for a chance at a bonus item, usually a weapon or jewelry.

Bosses drop a piece of gear, other mobs usually drop boots. Jewelry and weapons drop on last boss, first boss is helms/chest if I remember right.

How do you get that coffer? Do you just have to complete it once at least? Or do you have to be on the vet leaderboards for that trial that week?

There is a coffer when that specific trial has been completed that week. Then there is the Weekly Leaderboard reward for getting a score on the trial of the week.

indeed. you have something like a .03% chance to get the exact pieces you need.

I've done quite a few veteran clears and I don't see any improvement with the drops, its the same useless garbage every time.

You get the coffer per week on each char upon completion of the trial in either normal or vet. :-)

So, fair warning, you lose your opportunity to get one in vet if you get it in normal for the week.

doubt it. I've never seen gold jewelry on a vet completion. Actually come to think of it, I JUST ran vet sanctum and got a purple yokeda ring. (so not likely)
