I can't log into the support page

I originally required to use the support website to ask if they could send me a forum invitation code, which I obviously do not need anymore. But I noticed I could not log in as it keeps saying my password or username is incorrect, even though it's exactly right. After much hair loss I have noticed that my password seems to be too long for the password box? it will not allow me to input the last few letters or numbers. I would like to get past this problem despite me no longer needing to use the support service because I may need to use it in the future.

Just as a side note, I got my invitation code in an e-mail wrote in German. 0_o

Resetting your password to something shorter is something you can do on your own. You can either click "Request a Password Reset" button in SUPPORT or when logging in select "Can't login" and "forgot password".

Really? That is the actual problem? Ok well I suppose I shall change my password to something shorter. I find it very odd though, when I created my game account it encouraged me to make my password long and secure. Out of curiosity, why does the support section of the website reject secure passwords?

It would be more efficient to integrate the support section with the account section.

Totally wasted my time i set my pw to shortest possible amount which is 8 characters also being my forum account had a different pw i also changed that to 8 characters shortest amount allowed and guess what? same exact problem log in is grayed out just like it always has been.

Sorry my bad it worked. The problem was Google Chrome it allowed me to log in from Internet Explorer. So i apologize. If your having problems logging into support page i suggest not using Chrome first and seeing if that fixes it.
