It's just flabberghasting and mind boggling...how ZOS think it's ok to wait until monday's patch to fix this...in 2016...in an MMO...on a new DLC launch....

@ZOS_GinaBruno
How can you find it acceptable that both grouping and group finding content tool is broken / bugged for a week or entire weekend especially when the latest DLC is Group content orientated?
Most other companies would do an immediate hotfix? It's been known to happen in mmo's 10 years ago so why not ESO in 2016? I feel like im stating the obvious at this point but seems like I have to when it comes to ZOS?
I can understand if it was something "small" or something that affects a small number of players but this is a fundamental part of your game that affects every single player? With zero guarantee that the patch on monday will even solve the issue and in the past it normally goes on for months with ESO?
I mean tell me im not telling you something you don't already know and understand?
Not only can people not group because of grouping bugs but on top of that are in group finder que's totaling hours in wasted time so are literally unable to play your game? But it's ok we might possibly have this fixed on monday......and this is acceptable for ZOS?

The only thing I can think of is that hot fixes are VERY expensive. I don't know what ZOS's process is like, but maybe it's just not worth the cost to them to hot fix this issue.

When the bug happens, I cannot invite people (it usually tells me that they declined the invitation when they didn't). When someone else invites me into a group, I can join but crown cannot be passed to me for some reason. Relogging and restarting the computer and restarting the router and making sure everything is working as it should on my end does absolutely nothing to fix it.
I am not a happy customer about this.

Once B accepts, that player should see the group fine. Player A will see "B joined group, B left group". At that point, A should either log out and back in, or go to another zone to see the proper group.
Does that help?
