✭✭From which source did you start the ESO_Installer? DVD, or your account page? Use the one downloaded from your account page in any case.
Try disabling your Mac's firewall in System Preferences > Security & Privacy.
Try setting your DNS servers to those Google offers, 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, either in your router's configuration, or in System Preferences > Network > <your active network connection, usually Ethernet or Wi-Fi>.

✭✭@xAGiiL3, could you please post the contents of the Launcher's host.developer.log file? To find it, go to
/Applications/ZeniMax Online
right-click on Launcher.app, then select Show Package Contents from the context menu. Navigate to Contents/MacOS. There should be several numbered host.developer.log files, the one without the number is the most recent. Perhaps there is a hint in there as to why the Launcher can't find the CDN client master repository (which contains the patch manifest).

Not from this log chunk, sorry. I just looked at my log files, trying to find the most recent occurrences when the game was last patched. It did so on 8/3/2016. You could try to find such a sequence in the more recent log files and look for errors that would indicate connection problems. You could also try to ping the hosts tracker.snxd.com and live.patcher.elderscrollsonline.com (or liveeu.patcher.elderscrollsonline.com for the EU client), to test whether they're reachable from your system.

✭✭Older log files (e.g., host.developer.n.log, where 0 <= n <= 10) are in the same location as described above in post #4. In order to ping the abovementioned hosts, open Terminal.app from /Applications/Utilities (or press [Cmd]+[Space] and start typing Terminal), then enter the commands as shown in the spoiler section in my last post. Use [Ctrl]+[C] to stop the continuous pings.
