Pledge breaking bug -Failed to join group after accepting a group invite

Any ZoS that I've missed. There is a new nasty bug that is going around after the 11 update. It has never happen to me since the latest maintenance.
For strange reason this only happens to certain people (I included). The player would invite you to a group and after accepting the invite would get a message saying "Failed to join group"

same. Happens to me all of the time. (ps4/NA) also still getting kicked out of whatever chat I happen to be in when I join a group. Every time I join a group I get kicked from area/guild chat. Not even put in group chat, just kicked to no chat at all0 -

I have never seen so many people affected by this bug. I should say character because I am not sure it is by account, but it prevents certain characters from being lead (via Promote to Leader) and from inviting any characters. It is quite frustrating.0 -

I have never seen so many people affected by this bug. I should say character because I am not sure it is by account, but it prevents certain characters from being lead (via Promote to Leader) and from inviting any characters. It is quite frustrating.
A lot of people are effected by this bug so this needs lots of bumps to get ZOS attention so they can fix it as soon as possible.
This is causing a lot of grief for those who do pledges and trials, and random dungeons.0 -

Can you please acknowledge to us that you guys are aware of this terrible bug, and are fixing it? The ghost response is not in good taste... especially coming from players like me who financially support your game.1 -
Shogunami✭✭✭✭It would seem that approximately everyone is having this issue - just not all the time.
I've had this bug constantly since last update. I have to create all groups because I can't be invited to any group - and in 50% of the times I can actually make some players group leader, while some players can't be group leaders under any circumstances.
Annoying, but not game breaking.
