Running in place, slippery feet

A few times in Cyrodiil yesterday...
While galloping, if I went over a place with no ground texture, my mount would run in place, like a treadmill. (Not every time, but occasionally.)
If I dismounted, I would run in place, like a treadmill. It took some effort to get off the treadmill
All day yesterday ...
Also, my toon moved as if it has slippery feet everywhere.
Did anyone else have these issues?

✭✭✭✭✭Every once in a while weird things happen when I am going around in the world. Like one time, when I jumped (mounted or not) I would slide on the ground when I landed. It does not seem to persist after I relog or change zones, so I just move on and ignore it happening. I have put in some /bug reports when it happens, but since it seems to be random and sporadic, it is probably not something easy to fix as the root cause is not persistent.
I just put it down to a cell not rendering properly.Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.
