Both LICH and WARLOCK sets availability

I was thinking to find and use both sets on same character: x5 Shroud of the Lich with 5x Vestments of the Warlock. If only their 5-th passives can work together - can they?

For CP160 magicka dps/healer (eg. sorcerer), but the problem is it's so hard to obtain parts in guild stores...

I found so far Crown of the Lich (dropped in dolmen chest from Lich of the Mounhold in Glenumbra) and Robe of the Lich (bought in store for 10k), but other parts are so rare and expensive - Bracers/Shoulders for more than 100k, Dylora Staff - I didn't find any yet, but was told it can cost even 400k). I wonder why parts other than crown/robe are so rarely seen in stores and thus so expensive?

Also The Warlock set - this is even rarer than the Lich, I could not find any CP160 yet, and lower levels also were not seen too much, just a single part of the same kind.
I did so far double times HelRaCitadel in hope I'll get anything, but sadly didn't get any valuable drop... Also trying more dolmens to have the Chance of killing generals, but they are so rare. Also my guildies says their spawn could be more often.
It's sad how these items drop in game when they are so much needed.

Of course they work together

Warlock comes with yewelry, so you can have both at the same time.
Both will proc at the same time and with this setup, you will never run out of magicka.

Remember you can safely use Lich on your back bar and just switch to this bar to proc it.

So you can run 4 Lich, 5 warlock and 2 other things on your main bar (maybe molag kena and bloodspawn or a 2 piece set) and 5 lich and 5 warlock and 1 kena on your backbar.

With Lich you can't take Monster sets, unfortunately

To expand on this, you would most certainly be better off with warlock jewelry and 2 pieces of armor, Magnus and one piece kena. This way you have a little bit of spell damage and Magnus will save you more then the extra 10k magic that lich would give you in a minute. Plus you can use 5/1/1 with Magnus.

With "never ending" magicka I plan to better manage resources, but it doesn't mean no damage - just no additional damage from set like Julianos for example, yes. Can have gold weapon, gold glyph etc to still have a decent damage, just not the highest... And if that's for healer, prefer resources above max damage.

I already have characters with Julianos for extra damage, but don't want to have every build in same way, same damage, same set. 8 active characters is a lot of space for testing. My playing style is also limited by lack of eso+/dlc, so no access to specific sets and I don't want to ask ppl to craft me those sets, preferring self-sufficiency. Also still I lack powerful monster helmet sets from vet content (not much luck). *Awaiting times when monster sets will be bind on equip and available in stores...

It's nice idea to 1st when magicka goes under 33% get warlock proc and then 2nd time during 1 minute cooldown of warlock when this happen switch to lich bar.

I assume they're running dual wield julianos +3 piece julianos in gear 4 piece lich in gear , lich resto staff and willpower jewelery spell dmg enchanted. So on offensive bar You have julianos and willpower and 4 lich and on 2nd bar 5 lich 3 julianos and 3 willpower. So dual wield bar is still very offensive , and when magicka goes down You swap on lich bar for a sec and get lich bonus for 20 seconds.

Why would you need need litch +warlock. There's enough regen form litch +atronach mundas alone unless you didn't allocate your cp correctly. Also you don't really need this set you would be fine with crafted seducers set. Why bother with all the hassel?

Good build. But no, I'm talking about Destro/Resto.
There is one Sorcerer on my server, Malcolm. And he somehow kills everyone. I don't understand how.
I am full offense and struggle to kill things as a Sorc.

Yes, they do work. But you really don't want to use both. Lich should already provide never ending magicka.

I run that DW build. With 3800+ spell damage, 60% crit and lots of spell pen... any kills I fail to achieve are not the fault of the build.

Entropy -> Curse -> Wrath -> Frags
If they don't go down, repeat without Frags and add Meteor -> Streak
Optional: buff up defensive rune before engaging to gain a tiny bit of time if they retaliate.

When I ran Lich with destro/resto, it was a huge cut in spell damage. It was more a matter of keeping up a lot of pressure and then using ult for burst. But with Lich, I really don't have the need for those heavy attacks to restore mana. I do miss having a ranged interrupt, tho. Someday I'll play with DW/destro... but prob only if I have a good healer with me.

I understand what you have in mind, sustain over burst (HPS, healing per second), and it makes sense as a healer, but there are 2 things you need to consider:

There's no such thing as too much HPS, but there is such a thing as too much sustain. If you get to a point where you generate Magicka faster than you can use it, anything beyong that is useless. That is when you should invest in HPS. A healthy mix of both is likely prefered. Rather, I'd recommend getting Shroud of the Lich (since it gives you more magicka), and some HPS oriented set, as Warlock isn't available in CP 160 (maybe it is now after Shadows of the hist dropped, not sure. Lich is still better tho).

ofc as many said before me it is possible to have lich + warlock.. on live it works as when you reach 33% max magicka the warlock will proc and then again on 33% lich.. but this build isnt good.. ofc you never run out of magicka but max magicka is really low
I take this screenshot with potion + radiant aura + food to health and mag regen. In craglorn, today:

doesnt look bad but there are better builds..

What if you changed The Mage instead of The Atronach and move attribute points from health to magicka, to have finally ~20k hp and ~28k magicka (without Mage). With Mage about 30k magicka then and 20k hp.
Over 5k magicka regen looks awesome

Yeah i could do some changes, but it was just for look.. Litch provides a lot of mag recovery you can use litch + kagrenac's or julianos you dont need litch + warlock

I taken that screenshot after my smallscale pvp and i didnt want spent money to just show you it.. Ofc you could change attributes to max magicka instead max health, you can change food to max magicka.. I have there max health + magicka regen and you can change mundus too ofc..

If you use a purple BoE item upgrade it to gold and it becomes BoE again. Don't equip it and you can sell it.
