Is there any chance we could get a "Full" response of all the bugs and issues plaguing this game and what the response time will be on correcting these issues?
Maybe take a look at the Dev Tracker there, sport?
Looking at the ZOS tags in the forums and 95% of them are just forum moderators deleting posts, not someone from ZOS answering any questions or providing constructive responses.

How do the developers feel about the state of the game at this time?
As soon as the Communications team finishes eating there donuts this morning, how about formulating a response to the ESO community here.

We're aware this is a problem, and ideally moderation posts wouldn't leave an icon on threads (but would benefit from other visibility features, to ensure posts are readily visible when scanning a thread). A proper fix for this is more complicated than adjusting permissions, as forum moderators also answer many support questions, and we want people to know when we're replying to those threads.Looking at the ZOS tags in the forums and 95% of them are just forum moderators deleting posts, not someone from ZOS answering any questions or providing constructive responses.
In June we began more actively moving threads to their appropriate forums, which was announced here. So threads discussing the new dungeons launched this week are being moved to the dungeon forum, while discussion of crown store pricing has been moved to the crown store forum. It's not just General Discussion either, we did a pass of the PvE forums last week to clean up guild and campaign threads posted there.I've noticed the Devs moving a lot of the threads where people are complaining or saying the new content is a little too hard on Vet mode from the General Discussions forum to other forums that are rarely viewed.

Maybe a mod symbol with a M instead of Z would help ?

few days ago i have seen a dev reply.. he said:
"you know you dont have to be here"
forum community loved this dev's reply, which basically means, do not ask for the game to be fixed. ask yourself and the community to learn on how to adapt to a broken game

See I've read this several times from several people, and you guys remind me of the American Press:
You completely leave out the context, you know what he was responding to?
" @ Wrobel when are you going to fix your broken game?"
Now I'll grant you he should not have responded that way (I loved it, was a Human response, but gave ALL the ammo in the world to his opposition) but it's not like some one asked, "when can we expect fix on x y and z?"
It was an obvious troll question, and his response was quite frankly within reason. Now I'm no fan of the changes to certain classes, or certain mentalities towards the game etc... but please stop misrepresenting the quote
