Holy cow! The game is a complete mess tonight.

When I got home from work (Eastern time) and launched the game, a small patch downloaded and there was a message saying the game would go down at 3:00AM for maintenance again. I got into the game and found:
  • severe lag
  • weapons that would not swap
  • character attribute stats that didn't seem to be changing from my bow to my dual wield
  • action buttons such as E that would not work
  • character standing in posture as if holding her dual wield weapons while also having her bow and quiver on her back
  • getting kicked from the game multiple times within about 10 minutes
Yikes! What the heck happened? The game was performing fine last night after I downloaded the big Shadows of the Hist patch. I even tried to submit a ticket and was in the process of typing it when I was kicked from the game again.

    Got on planning on trying the newly scaled vet dragonstar tonight, 3 of the 4 people in my group were running with spiking latency of several thousand, with random kicks from the game. The game is completely unplayable.

    Not sure what system your on, but Xbox is the exact same way you describe above tonight.

    The game is completely unstable. I really believe they have no clue what they are doing.

    Yes. I can't play the game because of a bunch of problems with my client.

    @ZOS_GinaBruno any update on a fix for my situation? I looked for the other thread, it appears to have been deleted by an Admin.

    Yes I can confirm, there were lag issues with NCPs not spawning and populated zones being server-laggy.

    Agreed. Whoever came up with the design should be shot in the foot and only admitted to hospital when he manages to find 3 other people willing to maim themselves the same way in order to accompany him.

    Ultimately, any method of entering an enemy keep without breaking down the door is considered an exploit. Thanks for checking!

    in other words, ZOS should "learn to fix" problems before creating new problems.

    Great. Now I am dreading this DLC on Xbox in two weeks, if it's brought the PC server equal to the Xbox mess. :/

    I played earlier(Xbox na, lvl 16 character) noticed the graphics on vulkhel horse trader barn was off(closed door, go in no stables etc), black silhouettes(only two quests in the que) wayshrined to skywatch, wayshrined back-crash. Mage guild was off too(would be inside the wall before I could click the door)
    Have had crashes in grahtwood but not in vulkhels. Thinking that's why we now have the previously unannounced maintenance in the morning for all servers?
