Just blue screened traveling wayshrines and when i got back in it said my save was corrupt. Jus lost all my characters an hundreds of dollars i put into this game.

✭✭My save file came up as corrupt last week after crashing out of the game. It still let me log in and came up with a box asking if I wanted to overwrite/recreate it and I said yes - everything was fine.
The only thing I lost was my settings for game sound, area/guild chat, etc - all in game data and progress was fine.Australian on PS4 NA server.

This must never happen.Just blue screened traveling wayshrines and when i got back in it said my save was corrupt. Jus lost all my characters an hundreds of dollars i put into this game.
The save file only contains local settings,
characters are stored remotely on the ZOS servers.
If characters are damaged/lost because of a failure,
you should contact ZOS support to restore your characters.0
