Name of group frame addon

I have seen several people with such group frame several times, some of them used it for more than half a year. What the name of it, is it some outdated addon with such special effect?

d8rmir✭✭✭Many addons let you add resource numbers to the original ui, instead of replacing it.
For instance using LUI extended I can choose, for player/target/group frame (each one independently from the others), if I want to do nothing/add resource numbers/completely replace with the custom one.
I am not saying that the one in your picture is LUI extended, but the outcome is very similar.Edited by d8rmir on August 1, 2016 12:54PM5 -
peniku8✭✭✭I like to use healers group frame, it displays hp left, max hp, shield, if there is a hot active on a player, which class he is etc.
The main reason I use it, is for the bigger hp bar and that you can rerange groupmembers, which is quite nice for organizing groups for AA or other trials5
