OP btw. these items are not overpriced, when people get 100-200 of them before they get one with the right trait. I'd recomend you to farm the dungeons yourself and see what an RNG fest it is.
But 12 people run 1 trial. So the chance that things drop is very very high. If all trial members decide to sell, then we have plenty of offerings on the stores.
During the first week, people will probably try to get things themselves before selling anything.

If the piece has a decent trait and good quality (like purple), only ask at most 10k gold. Don't rip people off. Thank you.

Well... I'll put it this way... I just did 11 hours of normal Sanctum loot farm runs with my guild (I've done a total of about 20 hours in the past week). Lowest amount of people we had was 1 run with 8 people.... not a single one of us got an Elegant sword. One person was specifically farming for Vicious Ophidian jewelry, he got 1 piece. I got one Aether piece that I needed, and the rest of us got Shadow Dancer, Viper, or Dregh King. My favorite was the training inferno staff of Dregh King.
So first hurdle is to get the set you're looking for, second is to get a viable piece from that set, third is finding a viable trait for it (training and prosperous are still going to be on the table). That is why items are so damn expensive. 20 hours of my time running one place to get one item for a raid member... and all of us turned up empty handed.

That's why i prefer 1 Hr for V-version on Hard mode. Every 2 runs you atleast get 2 thing either u can use or sell for appx 50-100k gold. and i'll do the same after my experience with farming nMOL and receving *** load of Hircine items. Had enough of that for my life. in appx 20-30 runs got 1 ring of alkosh and 1 lunar bastion neck.

That works fine if you are farming for items to sell to make gold. In Rayya and I's case, we were farming for a specific item for a guildmate's build. Since we weren't after jewelry, speed-running as many normals as possible was the most efficient way to get what we were after.

What Boggie said and at some points we had people who had never been in the content and in some cases, people who weren't even lvl 50 let alone CP160. The DPS to wrangle down Ozara wasn't there and the coordination we have between the group wouldn't have been there. Actually, the majority of the runs I was the only healer O_O;;
Regardless, I get ya. RNG would have potentially been a tad kinder if we had taken the other route. Still tons of fun to get everyone together to try their hand at RNGlottery. I already told them I'm probably not setting foot in nSO next week at all :P

Have to stop you right there. You would think that the drop chance is "very very high", but you'd be wrong. Loot tables in trials are MASSIVE. The odds of getting the piece you want, even with 12 people running it, are not great. We've been chain-running normal SO trying to get elegant swords for our group's sorc. Today (just as an example), we had groups going for 10 HOURS of speed runs. Not a single sword dropped. Not just no sharpened swords- no swords PERIOD. We've been farming for weeks (not 10 hours a day, but multiple runs nearly every day). We have yet to get the weapons we are after.
It all goes back to supply and demand. If the supply was "very very high", then prices would be FAR lower than they are now.
I see. Well, it's known that elegance weapons are a rarity.
Necropotence, sun etc. are not rare at all. They will drop very often and getting the right traits shouldn't be a big problem for 12 people.

I agree. Most of these sets are easily farmable. Look at Necropotence right now, it only costs a few 100 gold on the stores. The V16 version won't cost much more if you are reasonable.
Either way, the price will drop rapidly. During the first few days, it will be something special because everyone wants to get their hands on most of these sets and especially the golden yewelry. But this won't last for long, it's just too easy to farm. 2 golden yewelry for 1 HM run ??? That's too easy.
Give it 1 week max and you will get this gear for free almost.

Expect high prices. No one runs AA and HR because the sets only scale to V12. When they are worth running again they will take MUCH longer to complete and require more skill.
Why spend an hour running a trial if you can make more money farming mats and it requires no skill?
Being reasonable in this instance won't stop the prices going up at all. They should go up. Such is life.
And the gear will go down in price at the rate of SO gear, maybe slightly quicker but not by much.

I'm not against high prices. I like economy and enjoy it, when players have a reason to farm trials and dungeons.
All I'm saying, is that the prices will drop rapidly.

Which means ppl either have to wait for prices to drop or pay the early adopter tax on the new sets.
I´m pretty confident necropotence is going to be very high demand given the right traits or on jewelry slots.

Why would it be in high demand ? Nobody wants to play pet builds. Necropotence is the cheapest dungeon set at the moment and it won't change much in proportion to other sets. A few people will try it, because they believe it'll make pet builds work> they realize that even with 100k magicka pets deal no damage and will drop the set again> price drops.
