The Quest that haunts me...(spoiler-ish)

The one where you need to collect the leashes off the dead Guar and save the remaining ones. Everytime I took a leash I felt sad. Everytime I saw a Guar being harassed by a group of THUG BUGS I felt sad - then, when you save the number requested you pass by all these lost and lonely ones who have yet to be rescued.

What bothered me about that quest was the--father/husband?--his reaction at the end. 'We should kill them all and enslave their women and children' or something to that effect. Hello sera, that's what they were trying to do to you.

I did feel satisfied rescuing the Guar. Friendly beasts are nice beasts.

Though my personally hated quest was "A Story Told in Footprints". I hope Vahara found her way back home.

My main issue with that quest was the daughter actually. I'm trying to help her family and save her mother's life and she says something like "I can't afford to lose my head like some rattle-brained Altmer!". My Pact character, and her mother's only chance of survival right now, is an Altmer

The quest that still haunts me from the Morrowind zones is actually that one with the slave girl who fell in love with the noble and wants your help in finding his tomb after he died. I didn't know what to tell her at the end :'(.

There have been SO many times an NPC has made a snide remark, or flat out insulted the Khajiit. And here I am, playing a Khajiit.

Oh lord. You know, I'm a very honest person at heart, and even in the game world I don't have the heart to lie to people. So every time I came upon that girl....didn't end well.

That quest is the indeed cruel, but I like the fact this game has some gritty quests and locales, M rated game and all that. Just cause you died doesn't mean your troubles are over, oh no, in mundus, that is just the beggining.

Oh yes, that was just terrible!! I felt so bad, especially given a couple similar IRL stories (no gravestones and ghosts lol) .

I chose to tell her the truth every time on all my characters. That's what I would IRL anyways...

Another quest that took me on a feel train ride was the one in Auridon with the mother of 4 deceased children. I felt terrible for her and visited on all my character - and by all I mean all 8. Such a sad story

Yep my characters get insulted about their races all the time, and as a bonus my Redguard gets spoken to like he's a mortal by people who should probably know he's a vampire considering they either hunt them or are one themselves

. Ah well, I've noticed they've been better with that kind of thing in new content

I told her the truth the first time and I was sad to find out what happens if you do. I'm picking the other two options on my alts just to see what happens, I haven't seen her since I lied to her that he wasn't buried there and I'm yet to try option #3 (but I've been told what happens with that option, not much better than telling the truth :'().

The quest with Bala likewise frustrates me. Pity desecrating that guy's tomb isn't a thing we can do.

Not as bad as that Horse whos owner abuses it. I came across him several times before getting the quest to buy the horse from him and let it go free.

Like how we directly help the Mephala cult take over Spindleclutch. Your contractor for normal is the final boss for veteran. Heck, the only new characters in Veteran are those of the Fighters Guild. Every single cult member appears in normal as part of the group you help.

Quest that haunts me is the one in Shadowfen, where there is an Argonian and his Dunmer wife. He's there to become a healer and reunite with the Hist. After all that stuff goes down, you have to decide whether or not they return to Narsis or they stay in the town.

Both are willing to sacrifice what they want for the other. They're so humble. And when you pick your choice, one of them slouches over and becomes sad :'(

I've only found her ghosts for two of the options. One near the Othrenis Wayshrine and one in Ebonheart looking out over the dock. I don't think she has a third ghost anywhere
