ESO Plus crown allotments missing

According to my account billing information, my ESO plus continuous subscription last lapsed on the 7th of May. Each subscription period lasts 180 days according to the page, which is roughly 6 months, which should net me 9000 crowns - 1500 per month.
Thing is, there's no way in hell I got 9000 crowns last month. My memory is pretty terrible, but I don't recall getting any - I may have, but if I did it was nowhere near nine thousand. There's no way I'd manage to spend that many in a month.
Is it possible for a ZM staff member to access my crown allotment records and tell me what's going on?
