One as a trial boss? I can see that.
I am sure there's maybe one or two in lore around at this time.
Not for riding though.

There are no roaming dragons because of the Septim bloodline; this bloodline is the gatekeeper to keeping the daedra and dragons from roaming freely on Nirn.

Band Camp statements: To state "But this one time I saw X doing X... so that justifies X" Refers to the Band camp statement.

While a dragon mount would be cool, I think we'd be more likely to see: A dusk, mantikora, wamasu, or titan mount. As they're already in the game, and more easy to be created as a mount (in terms of frame). I also doubt the dusk and titan mount would fly, and would either move like guar mounts or glide slightly.

No. The dragons aren't barred from entry by Akatosh. There are dragons wandering Nirn at the time of ESO.

I just finished saying the only dragons known to be around is Parthunaax, soul cairn dragon, and the tiger emperor dragon. Other than that there is none. The Septim bloodline still acts as a gatekeeper. The only reason why dragons came back in Skyrim is because the Septim bloodline was vanquished.

Mirmulnir (last reported in 2e212 in The Reach, documented by the Blades, killed outside of Whiterun in TES5)
Vulthuryol (not documented by the Blades, present in TES5)
Durnehviir (sorta, not documented by the Blades, present in TES5)
Ahbiilok (somewhere between Cyrodiil and Morrowind, not present in TES5)
Nahfahlaar (somewhere in High Rock, not present in TES5)
EDIT: Voslaarum and Naaslaarum are kind of an open question. They might be active, or Alduin might have revived them, it's not clear.

One you don't know my pvp rank. Two my IQ is probably higher than 4/5 of the forum users. You also do know that IQ measures your ability to learn not how smart someone is directly. I mean generally the people with higher IQ tend to be more intelligent because they learn more quickly, however that isn't necessarily the case. Since you seem ignorant to what IQ represents your post is null and void. Good day sir@Nafirian
Trying to be edgey now are we? That bit had me rolling.

Since that doesn't seem to be enough for some people, let's go back and think what makes TES games what they are. In each game there is a unique lore event taking place. In oblivion, we have the gates and the lighting of the fires, etc. In Skyrim, the dragons are back to eat the world. In eso, we have the planemeld and the major war taking place in Cyrodiil. You can't have dragons in ESO like you can't have oblivion gates in Skyrim. They're all just different games. I, for one, LOVE playing a new TES game because it's familiar yet all brand new.

Your comment is lacking of anything which could be construed in a way to support your claim ,and is off topic thus not a part of a dragon discussion. So refrain from off topic discussions. As said before null and void ,
