What class as a healer do you enjoy playing the most?

We all know that the 'meta healer' is templar, but what do you think about other classes?
I had nightblade healer and that was kinda weird, a lot of siphoning skills so he could do some damage too.
And my guildmate plays as a sorcerer healer with pets, uses healing twillight and negate, he says that he never want to play templar but he was kicked from party few times because 'sorcerer isn't a healer'.
How about you, guys?

I enjoy playing as templar healer, never enjoyed just going off of resto staff heals.

I have a friend I run with who is doing a dragonknight healer though who is pulling it off well, plus we get some good buffs out of it as well.

Nightblade healers are usually just OK, rare to find a really good one.

Sorc healer....now there is something I think could be interesting, though it is very widely seen as a primarily DPS class. I can understand groups not wanting a pug sorc healer as it would just seem like something really that could be a party crasher.

I enjoy playing on both my healer chars. But I have more fun with my nb, dk and sorc than on my templar (cause it's too easy to maintain whole group alive, sadly cause my templar is my main char :disappointed: ). With a little preference for my Nightblade :) I really like my NB whether it be heal or tank or heal/tank (i don't like playing as a pure DPS  ).

For your friend : Tell him to don't give up DK, Sorc and NB can heal very well :). Some people tend to be closed-minded, don't play with these kind of guys, they're just bad. Sorcerer isn't the easiest one to master as healer though, but it's really fun to play.

He's really good healer as a sorc, he heals on trials even and can hold all team alive when I'll step in some deadly aoe. And people now don't really care for self heals so it's hard to do it, I think.

I've never seen DK as a healer, thought that it's impossible... But if you say about buffs, it sounds really helpful. I'd like to see that :).

Hmm..... looks pretty balanced. Good going ZOS :|

Maybe it's time you put the Warden class back in ESO.

If you did, we could have two classes that outperform Sorcerer, Dragonknight, and Nightblade for the healer role! Would be cool and more balanced!

Having played as a sorc healer since PC launch...Templar.

They are just better suited for it, and don't have to make the sacrifices sorcs do. Due to this, I can focus more on other aspects of my character, like tanking at the same time, rather than putting everything all-all-in just to keep people alive.

I am interested in the results of this poll, but I fear it will be biased. To get a better idea of what people think is the most fun, it might be best to include a stipulation that asks only those who have tried them all. For example (and no offense intended), someone who has only and always played a Templar can't very well voice an opinion as to the other three. People default to Templar, and historically have done so with good reason. But now all the classes are in a much better position as it pertains to healing (a recent change).

Edit: I say so just because I'm genuinely curious as to what people enjoy the most, not for any personal bias.

@Autolycus I totally agree with you. I too think this poll is for people who tried all healing classes. Like you said, if you have only play templar (or DK or NB or Sorc) as healer you can't really tell if you won't enjoy more the others classes or not.

I didn't vote atm cause I hesitate too much between my NB healer and my DK healer (I haven't played so much my DK healer in endgame content so I want to play it more before voting :relaxed: Not sure if we can change our vote later... so i'll wait  ).

    Nightblade
Templar is obviously the easiest / most effective, but healing on nightblade is more fun IMO. Templar is mostly standing back, keeping your glowing circles up, keeping shards up, yadda yadda. Nightblades are in the action, healing your allies by hurting your enemies, diving into the thick of things to drop ultimates, etc. It's a more intense, moment-by-moment experience.

Disclaimer: I have never tried healing on Sorcerer.

    Nightblade
I've only experienced healing on a nightblade and a templar but I much prefer nightblade healing and imo with the exception of burst heals and pvp I feel that nightblades are the superior healer due to the fact that they can provide tons of dps while keeping everyone's hp topped off with HoTs and keeping spc proced on everyone.

I love my Dragonknight healer. She was tough to get the hang of in the beginning, and PUG groups who queued looking just for a healer are sometimes nervous, but I love her "build" and I have a blast, plus she has carried some bad groups through things they shouldn't have finished.

My experience with templars and nightblades as healers is limited, but I have played with them. Haven't tried a sorcerer healer, but I have seen first hand that they are capable, too, and my lvl 7 sorceress is going to be a healer eventually.

I intend to have a max level healer character in each class so I can give a more in depth answer in a few months... But I can tell you right now, my Dragonknight healer will ALWAYS be my favorite.
Why be normal when you can be better?
