DSA Weapons.

I was thinking to change the special enchant for dsa weapons such as 2h and destro staff. Make 2h give increased rally tick heals(not the burst heal) and destro increase the damage of a force pulse by a certain element on the weapon such ass fire staff increases the fire dmg of force pulse, etc. This would make them more useful than carve and destructive touch, 2 of the most unused skills in pve and pvp.

    Master weapons apply only to the first skill of the skill line. Changes have to be made with that in mind.
    Same as maelstrom weapons apply to the second skill of the weapon line.

    Just because you don't see people using it everywhere like it's the meta doesn't mean it's not an integral part of others' builds. If all the gear in the game were catered to what was used most often, there'd be even less build variety than there is now. The Master's Bow is a good example of a tooltip it's hard to say "No" to, cause the vast majority of bow users use that skill anyhow.
    Dalek-Rok - Argonian Sorcerer || Dalek-Shād - Argonian Nightblade || Dalek-Shul - Argonian Templar || Dalek-Xal - Argonian Dragonknight || Mounts-the-Snout - Argonian Warden || Dalek-Xul - Argonian Necromancer || Two-Spires - Argonian Arcanist || Dalek-Nesh - Argonian Sorcerer || Dalek-Kör - Argonian Dragonknight
    Don't incorporate bugs into your builds, and you won't have [an] issue.

    I honestly never noticed this.

    Can always spice things up instead of making 2 weapons useless. What stam class is using brawler in pvp or pve? None so change the weapon. Destructive touch on the other hand is decent but not widely used. I'm not discussing meta, im just trying to make 2 weapons useful. Force shock and rally tick heals doesn't affect the meta in any shape or form. I am just trying to get more options for weapons to use and builds to run. Also, dsa bow got nerfed.

    It's not going to happen, wait till a new trial comes out with better weapons that affect the fifth skill! As stated before all master weapons affect the first skill, just like maelstrom weapons affect the second skill!

    Master Weapons are meant to affect only the first skill. That's how they were designed, that's how they were implemented years ago. Sucks when it's kind of a bad skill but that's the reality.
    Maelstrom is the second tier weapon and affects therefore the 2. skill.
    Future weapons (if ever) will affect the 3., then the 4. and finally the 5. skill. So no, ZoS won't change the affected skill at all. Not even the slightest chance of that happening. Even fixing all the PvP lag and all bugs is more likely to happen.
    The only thing that might happen is that the underperforming weapons (like the 2h) are buffed. But that's it. The skill won't be changed. There is not even a need to discuss this.

    Is there a need to buff certain weapons? Yes.
    You want a weapon affecting another one of the skills? Wait a few years.

    That the Master's weapons affect the first skill of the line and that the Maelstrom weapons affect the second skill? The game is the source here...

    No that new weapons will come out.

    He never claimed that they definitely would, but if new trials weapons were to come out it would follow that the next set would affect the 3rd skill, then the 4th, so on and so forth. Two doesn't really make a pattern, but it's a reasonable assumption.
