You buy a product then it gets broken. You go to a technician asking him to fix it. He tells you not to touch the certain product untill he finds out how to fix it. How long do you have to wait? Debatable of course but nevertheless this is how things work out in this case.
Hell I wouldnt step into Cyrodiil for a month if they promise to fix lag

I sent in a ticket to have it moved to a new location and in 24hr the character was moved, awesome right! But then I read the email saying "we moved ur character but stay out of wrothgar until we can find out what the issue is with characters getting stuck in the loops, we won't be able to move your character a 2nd time."
This is bull crap! I pay for ur damn dlc and ur telling me not to go to a location I pay for and if I do my character is lost until you get ur crap together a fix the broken zone thats been broke for 4 maybe 5 months!?!?
Am I the only one that thinks this is pathetic? And why can't they move it a 2nd time?
If they spent all their time moving people out of a zone that they constantly get stuck in despite knowing they WILL get stuck if they go back they are wasting just as much time moving these people as those people that keep going back only to get stuck again.
Seriously, if you go back and get stuck again knowing full well the zone has issues it's on you, not them, because they warned you it'd happen...
LOL seriously.... *** dude
they sell us broken laggy crap and Your solution is "well to bad, guess i dont use what i paid for"....?
Thats the most backward reasoning i ever heard
There are rules against things like this, in short, they owe the OP a refund
Long as you have used the product you got your money's worth. The only way they owe anyone a refund is if both of these conditions are met:
1: The consumer decides to revoke their DLC access because they never got to use it.
2: They have no intention of re-purchasing the DLC later on.
Not my solution by the way, nor what I said. It's broken right now but not forever so for the time being all that can be done is avoid it to avoid getting stuck. Sucks, I know, but that's just how it is right now.

How can ZOS or anyone defend them continuing to sell the DLC in the store while it has not worked correctly in over a month and they are telling people who have paid for it not to play it. It should be pulled from the store until it is working as intended, a disclaimer should be put on the ESO Plus benefits that the DLC is currently not working as intended, and at this point refunds should be offered.
