Unable to sell when inventory is full

I wonder why I get this info "Your inventory is full" when hit "List item" trying to sell in guild store, and having full inventory.
It must be a bug or some illogical game's action, since it's not deconstructing when I need extra space for mats from deco, here I put my item to store and in return I get 1 free space in inventory.
Also a minor issue with enchanting, when I had a Kyne's honor necklace with increase bash damage initial effect, and I added a crafted glyph for increase weapon damage, I got both effects together in item tooltip, I think one should replace another, right?
