Stuck on requesting character load and error

Successfully log in the game, but after that I am stuck on requesting character load. After a long load the game throw me to the main menu with an error. I've already repaired the game, restarted computer, switched off the firewall and even tried to play on other Mega Server. Nothing helped. Please, help me!

    Umm, I have gotten that problem, and usually after restarting eso it gets fixed, it's probably due to a recent server maintenance or a bad connection ( I don't know for sure) Did you try logging back in again since then ? From my experience if it's a connection issue trying later could help. Yet again , I could be talking **** about what's causing the problem.

    Just try once every hour, and if the problem persists contact Support . This is a known issue and I don't really know what causes it,neither what fixes it . Hope this helps( I doubt it :( ) and we look forward to seeing you in game .
