Khajiit receive an 8% increase to their weapon critical rating, which is a massive damage increase. They have no need for an increase to a max stat. On the pts, they were given 6% max stamina instead of the health regen but that was reverted because it was determined to be unbalanced.
8% crit = 6.9% extra dmg self-buffed in PvE, 0.8% extra in PvP
By the same logic, why does Dunmer get 9% Max Magicka and 6% Max Stamina on top of their flat 7% Fire, 2% Rest Damage increase?
Can you share your math behind that?

(50% normal crit damage + 10% minor force + 18% shadow) x 8% crit chance = 6.9% extra
