Yep, that pretty much sums things up right now...nothing works. Yet they still continue to sell in the store DLC that they also tell people on here not to play.0 -

The customer svc group reached out this morning and have moved my stuck character.
Considering all the crap they have to deal with, I have to say NICE JOB!

Ilawynde✭✭✭Just a final comment before I log off today.
My thanks ONLY goes to the customer service reps who helped me.
Their job is a thankless one.................they have to address issues of very unhappy players.
They didn't design/program/create the problems, they didn't market the problems, and although they are paid by Bethesda(I assume), they are not themselves raking in millions for subs.
I have been in the ESO world since 2013 and the original stress testing.
I have firsthand exp on the good and the bad.
IMHO the customer service guys and gals need cookies, pizza and all things good!
