Yep, that pretty much sums things up right now...nothing works. Yet they still continue to sell in the store DLC that they also tell people on here not to play.
My thanks ONLY goes to the customer service reps who helped me.
Their job is a thankless one.................they have to address issues of very unhappy players.
They didn't design/program/create the problems, they didn't market the problems, and although they are paid by Bethesda(I assume), they are not themselves raking in millions for subs.
I have been in the ESO world since 2013 and the original stress testing.
I have firsthand exp on the good and the bad.
IMHO the customer service guys and gals need cookies, pizza and all things good!
