Not receiving crowns for eso plus or purchased trew psn

Purchased ESOTU on day one of release and on that day I purchased eso plus and 5500 crowns from the playstation store. Got in contact with Sony and everything checks out on there end so the problem is with the game... Not Sony. I have sent in numerous tickets and haven't heard back from anyone in support in days. It's been 5 days since purchasing eso plus and crowns. I just want to know it will get sorted because between the retail imperial edition I bought, the crowns and the eso plus u have spent €180 on this game and haven't received anything other than the standerd game. Imperial content and explorers pack has not worked for me since launch either. I don't mind waiting but no one has even guaranteed I will receive what I payed for. So all I'm lookin for is confirmation from someone at zenimax.... I'm not asking for much...

    I'm having the exact same problem six days now. All I do now is send a daily email so they don't forget. I've seen alot of angry people saying they feel robbed, I honestly don't think zos set out to cheat fans out of their money, I'll wait as long as it takes but some definite details would be a big help to ease my mind.

    I've been having the same problem for almost a week now, I bought the ESO Plus and 750 Crowns extra, I haven't recieved anything from the Explorer's Pack either,
    I was in contact with ESO Customer Support and Sony multiple times and they where no help with the same copy paste reply with no helpful information what so ever,
    I don't mind the waiting either even if it takes weeks I just want the content that I paid for and to know what's going on with it,
    I hope this issue is resolved soon and we can finally have our content.

    I'm having the same problem. Nearly a week in and I've yet to receive my explorers pack content or the 3000 crowns that I paid €22 for. Their support team is pretty much non-existent. I'm getting fed up with them and the game at this stage. They don't seem to give a *** whatsoever, once they get our money they're happy.

    Hi, I'm on PS4 and I'm having the same issue I purchased 6000 crowns from the Crown Store but still have not received them, the payment has gone through and I can provide the Order confirmation numbers. Any info on when this issue will be resolved?

    its a joke im waiting 2wks and i still havnt got any of my coins or eso plus and imperial items, i also pre orderd and all ive got is the standard game. I could of bought a new game for all the extras ive paid for and not recieved.

    Yeah I also live in Ireland and I'm not receiving my crowns either, they have been paid for and the money has been taken from my account. The only reply I've gotten back from my ticket so far is a copy/paste one.

    Yea same here all of the above 15 days and waiting. First country to make love for everyone legal but no love from zos. Sort it out now lads.

    Have any of you got a legit reply from ZOS ? Or has it just been automated replies? I literally have no idea if this issue is being addressed or if we have just been robbed if our money.

    Same *** here as will bought tge imperial pack so I'm left running like a tool without a horse I paid for and was not able to choose the imperial race, I was very excited for this game for a long time left feeling a little *** off

    I am having the same issue. I live in Texas of USA. I was charged for my recurring monthly subscription for my ESO Plus, but I did not receive my 1,500 Crowns and my Membership is Not Active.
