Character will not load into the game. AGAIN!

I have sent in yet "another" ticket to get my character unstuck and moved because of the orsinium black hole that swallows characters and makes them unable to log into the game.

I thought you guys fixed this issue two weeks ago?

Please check my support ticket and maybe move him again

The ONLY REASON I go there is to run in WRITS.
Why not update the game and no longer have orsinium as a turn in spot for writs?

Untill ZOS fixes this problem ZOS should remove WRITS from Orsinium altogether and make them turn in in a safer zone so we can at least play our character.

Being an ESO plus member is not cool when you cannot even play your character.

WANTED to add.. I will NEVER step foot into orsinium again until ZOS gives us the all clear. Even though my -Blanking- Guild merchant is there.. Guess we will just eat the cost of bidding on him seeing as how nobody can even go there to buy anything..

    Wanted to ask can we get our GOLD back since ZOS are telling people to NOT GO INTO ORSINIUM.

    Can the guild get its bid fee back please?

    Also, we have found that the areas players are crashing most frequently in are the cities of Orsinium and Elden Root. If you're experiencing a high volume of crashes to dashboard in those areas, please consider avoiding those two areas until this issue is resolved.

    This is still on the stickied thread on both consoles tech support forum section.

    Btw they won't look at your ticket because you ask them to do so in the forums.

    So basically you are telling me that they will deliberately refuse a paying customers plea for support simply because they mentioned the ticket in a forum thread?

    or are saying that if you were an employee you personally would make it a point to ignore the ticket?

    If so you should be fired.


    Also they said that they fixed an issue that kept players from logging into the game with the patch last week..

    Maybe they backtracked on that statement, but that is nothing new.

    If anything ZOS should throw that information on the LOG IN SCREEN just like they post other news about the game.

    That would go a long way to keep this from happening to players.

    Same thing happened to me but I was able to get on for about 10 seconds at a time. If that's the case just keep logging in & moving away from where u are, after about 20 logins I was far enough to stay in the game for 30 seconds & port out of there. I know how u feel, cancelled my subscription out of frustration.

    I believe what he meant was that posting in these forums will not increase how quickly support will get to your ticket. :)

    Indeed, CS people have better things to do than read forums instead of being busy addressing support tickets.

    What about that one time that Gina asked all Xbox players to post their information on forum if their characters were stuck? The thread had hundreds of characters. Seemed a little unfair considering only a fraction of the population visits the forum. And in that case, OP is not wrong to try the forums.

    No, in that case someone from the forum staff gathered info and contacted CS team, obviously ...

    I personally know people in the industry RIFT to be exact and their CS do read the forums and try to respond to issues they see posted here..

    That is not unusual behavior from CS teams.. Asherons Call for example did so as well.

    And honestly I had to wait over 24 hours last time I was stuck .
    Not that I WOULD MAKE A HABBIT OUT OF IT, BUT MAN I WAS MOVED WITHIN WHAT 30 minutes of posting this thread..

    I think ESO plus should give subscribers priority queue and priority hot fixes, infinite costume slots, infinite bank slots, CP saved sets, saved gear sets, free wayshrine teleports, priority queue in guild store, priority customer service, and let's see umm increase all the current plus boons by 10%.

    If you subscribe then you shouldn't have to deal with connection issues or performance issues like the have nots do.

    No they are not.
    And yes.. Yes My dear friend who I personally know in the flesh does read the RIFT forums and has on multiple times used the communication and information gathered on the GENERAL forums to help people with IN GAME problems!

    But I guess if you were an employee you would only except "TICKETS" as a form of a customer asking for help..

    I sure am glad you are just trolling people on the forums and not employed by one of these companies as that mindset does nothing positive for the community.

    Can you prove that this topic did not help me get the help I needed?

    As evidence that it might have a MOD just happened to post on this thread within 45 seconds of my character being moved..

    My first answer was about how you could have avoided all that trouble including posting nonsense in the forums if you cared to read the console tech support STICKY thread.

    I also warned you about the uselessness of posting on the forums when you have a support ticket opened.

    You ignored what I wrote and told me that I should be fired or something and you want me to send you kisses and flowers ?
