Also, we have found that the areas players are crashing most frequently in are the cities of Orsinium and Elden Root. If you're experiencing a high volume of crashes to dashboard in those areas, please consider avoiding those two areas until this issue is resolved.

Btw they won't look at your ticket because you ask them to do so in the forums.

What about that one time that Gina asked all Xbox players to post their information on forum if their characters were stuck? The thread had hundreds of characters. Seemed a little unfair considering only a fraction of the population visits the forum. And in that case, OP is not wrong to try the forums.

Exactly..
I personally know people in the industry RIFT to be exact and their CS do read the forums and try to respond to issues they see posted here..
That is not unusual behavior from CS teams.. Asherons Call for example did so as well.
And honestly I had to wait over 24 hours last time I was stuck .
Not that I WOULD MAKE A HABBIT OUT OF IT, BUT MAN I WAS MOVED WITHIN WHAT 30 minutes of posting this thread..
Again thank you for doing so. /Wink

I'm sure RIFT profsesionnals waste their time reading through hundred of blablabla to find your thread with:
- no platform/server mentionned
- posted in the wrong part (are you aware there is a tech support forum ?)
- no issue number mentionned
And you still believe your issue was fixed quickly because you used the forums ? Sigh.
