Don't have access to my original email

I purchased the game a long time ago, before it became Tamriel Unlimited. I still have my account details, and the logins and such, but I don't have access to that email anymore. I can't login to change it because I can't receive a code. I have sent two support tickets that contained a huge amount of information, but not gotten a reply. Would anyone be able to help me out, perhaps forward it to a moderator or someone who has customer support privileges? Thanks.

I basically have the same issue, but a slightly different reason.

I updated to win10 today and now have to enter an access code, but like OP I no longer have access to my e-mail account since I didn't need to use it for a long time and forgot the password. Help would be greatly appreciated.

@Sublime, please submit a ticket to request an email change. You can click the "Cant log in" link in order to submit a ticket

What if you can't remember how you paid? What if you can't remember what the secret question is? What then?

Just provide as much information as you can. If you can't remember your secret question, you can have it displayed by performing these steps:
a. Navigate to https://account.elderscrollsonline.com
b. Click on "Forgot password?"
c. Fill out first name, last name, and email address
d. Click on Continue
e. The Security Question appears on next page
