Can guild invites be received if already at the limit of 5?

If i'm already in 5 guilds can other players still send me guild invites so that i'm given the opportunity to leave one before accepting the new invitation?
End the tedious inventory management game.

Smileybones✭✭✭✭People can send you guild invites even if you have 5 guilds. The invite will sit in your notification windows until you decline or leave a guild.5 -

Yes. I still get guild invites all the time, even though I am at five.
If I leave one unanswered (a.k.a. "Later" instead of yes or no) it will also stay in your notifications (and you will always have the notification envelope on your screen until you answer it)
