Ok so these passives require you have 120 points invested in the constellation to apply, and yet most of them are quite underwhelming, borderline useless, or useless entirely. Oft times passives that require LESS points are actually BETTER in general. This said, I propose the following to improve those underwhelming passives:
Reinforced: Increase the Damage Shield strength of this effect.
Unchained: Leave it as is, or up the duration 1 or 2 seconds.
Determination: Increase the Damage Shield strength of this effect.
War Mount: Leave it as is. Nothing TO improve here beyond removing the restriction to outside combat only lol
Windrunning: Cut the cost of Sprinting outside of combat in half in addition to its current effects.
Shadowstrike: Leave it as is or change it so it increases damage inflicted by a stealth basic attack.
Arcane Well: Increase the radius of this passive considerably, or make it so the well stays there after appearing for several seconds.
Tactician: Leave it as is.
Last Stand: Change it so this passive grants more Ultimate over the 8 seconds or reduce the timer so the gain ticks faster.
These are my thoughts on ways to improve these passives but feel free to give your own input. As it stands now with a CP Cap in place these passives need to have more meaning for those that actually gun for them.
