Improves your mastery with mounts, removing all Stamina costs outside of combat.
I never once thought this means negating stamina costs anywhere else but with said mount. As it clearly states it's talking about your mount. Hence the name "War Mount" should be another indicator.
Come on Joe! Surely you couldn't believe that!
It is worded a little strange, I'll give you that.
and with rapids, it's a universal ability. I can pop it while I'm running and it still works.
They could change the word "all" and put "the only single" stamina cost that a mount uses. lol

Doesn't mean people won't try to compare it to having increased Carry Capacity from riding lessons always instead of only while mounted (which would make no sense) and think that "all costs" could apply while dismounted too.

There is no logical way to only have carrying capacity while mounted as you have to have the items in your inventory before you mount because you dismount to loot or harvest. Lack of comprehension is a user issue in both situations.

In case you didn't notice the parenthesis part I bolded it for you. What I am getting at is the fact that riding lessons, which are supposed to apply only to mounts, has something that works always instead of just while mounted is exactly WHY people can mistake that "all Stamina costs" for something incorrect. I have always been iffy on it but honestly hoped it literally meant "all" costs but then got it and found out what it was. It's not a big deal and there are people who won't think of it beyond what it truly is but that doesn't justify it saying "all" in reference to "one" cost. No mistake, no miscomprehension.

If it is not big deal why bother making a thread.

It is still confusing AF to new players. I remember when I first started playing, I never upgraded it, because "why should I upgrade my carry capacity while mounted?"
